The company is situated at G.I.D.C. Sarigam Bhilad, Dist. Valsad, State Gujarat. Sarigam is 150 km. away from Mumbai on Mumbai-Ahmadabad national highway surrounded by the industrial belt of Daman Silvassa & Vapi.

The Facility at EXCEL ADHESIVE TAPES PVT. LTD. is equipped with Machineries viz Rubber Mill, Sigma Mixer, and Vertical Mixer for in house Adhesive Manufacturing. |

Gravure Coating station with pan feeding system. Normally used for all kinds of release coating & barrier coatings. |

Kiss coating station of 2 roll configuration exclusively used for water based acrylic emulsions of low viscosity. |

Heating Zones : 21 mtr. long segmented in parts with individual hot air inlet for 3 zones & an exhaust |

Web Alligner : BST Sayano make Web guiding system is provided at zone exit for acquiring accurate winding of coated material. |

Winding-up station of independent drive with both ways winding direction as desired. |

Precise tensions can be acquired with 3 stage independent drive system provided on machine. |
